Why we opened Olive Spa

Olive Spa started with a simple idea. Fujairah is growing fast, and everyday life here keeps getting busier. Work pulls you in many directions, and it is hard to find a quiet hour for yourself. We wanted to give the city a calm place to slow down, switch off and look after your body. At Olive Spa, every visit is meant to help you step out feeling fresh, light and ready for the day ahead.

Olive Spa is situated inside a trusted hotel, where anyone in Fujairah, whether staying for the weekend or living down the road, could book a good massage and know exactly what to expect.

Why “Olive”?

The olive tree grows in some of the driest, hardest places on earth and still gives shade, fruit and oil. Across the Mediterranean and the Middle East it has long stood for peace, care and nourishment. Olive oil was among the first oils ever used on the skin, and it is still at the heart of the traditional black soap used in our Moroccan bath.

We chose the name because it describes what we want a visit to feel like: grounded, nourishing and quietly restoring.

Our approach

Listen first. Every treatment begins with a conversation. How do you feel today? How firm do you like the pressure? Is there anywhere to avoid? The answers shape the session.

Respect the traditions. Kerala Ayurvedic massage, Thai massage, Russian-style massage and the Moroccan bath each come from a long tradition. We keep their rhythms and rituals rather than turning them into one generic “oil massage.”

Be honest about massage. Massage is a way to relax, to ease everyday tension and to feel looked after. We do not promise cures or make medical claims, and if something needs a doctor, we will say so.

Put comfort and privacy first. Private rooms, clear draping, your preferences respected, and the right to pause or change anything at any moment.

• Deep tissue & Russian-style: firm, focused and structured work
• Moroccan bath & hammam: steam, black soap and kessa scrub
• Full body & Swedish-style: gentle, flowing relaxation

Being inside V Hotel Fujairah means our guests enjoy a calm, established setting, easy parking and the option to make a day of it: lunch, a swim or a walk on the beach before or after a treatment.
